The Landlord
module of RealTools provides the features and functionality required
to manage residential rental properties, while the
Analyzer provides a pre-purchase profit analysis to
help you decide if a property would be a wise investment.
The programs allows the user to
keep detailed information about individual properties, tenants, leases,
and work orders. In addition, vehicle mileage may be tracked and related
to individual properties for tax or billing purposes.
There are no unit or tenant limitations within
this program. You can use it for 1 or 500 units for the same price.
