The Landlord program handles day to day property management functions. Enter tenant and rental unit information once then creating a lease is easy.   • Financial transactions including income, expenses, and even items not related to a property
  • Leases, including subsidized rent and lease options
  • Buildings and units, either as single property or multi unit
  • Tenants with incident history
  • Mortgages, including adjustable rate, interest only, and balloon
  • Vehicle mileage for tax reporting
  • Work Orders that can optionally be assigned to vendors

What kind of extra detail can be entered? How about these items for a property:

  • Land, building, and location information
  • Unit descriptions (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc)
  • Appliances, including purchase information
  • Room Detail
  • Contents of units
  • Property Managers
  • Owners, including primary and percentage owned
  • Service Contracts such as lawn care or pest control

  • Service Accounts (power, water, etc)
  • Related files and pictures

There are many reports included with this landlord software including a year end summary full of detail. You can use the Autofill functionality to fill in documents such as leases and notices to tenants.
