BREIA meetings are the first Monday of each month at 7 PM. We do not have a permanent meeting space yet so if this is your first meeting please call for the current location (south Brevard). There are no annual dues, instead we have opted to use a donation bucket at each meeting to cover costs and contributing is strictly voluntary (recommended donation is $3 per person).

BREIA meetings are a casual atmosphere with no sales pressure. The goal of the club is to provide a meeting time and location for local real estate investors and those interested in investing to get together and discuss investing and local issues. We do have guest speakers come in to some meetings, these are local service providers such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, etc. If you have services or properties to sell we recommend you bring flyers or business cards to hand out at the meeting to those that may be interested.
